The group of journalists were from Sichuan provence in China and were undertaking a course in the department of continuing Education at Oxford.

Project Collaboration

I gave a presentation yesterday on using online tools to manage projects and collaborate effectively. The arrival of Web 2.0 and web applications, means that there are now an amazing number of free tools available to manage projects online.

Writing for the WEB

Sally Hughes and myself are running a course today for fellow staff in the School of Arts and Humanities.

We all need to write stuff for the web, particularly for marketing purposes. Sally is focussing on the actual words to use and I am showing how to get those words up on the web.
