Random House have set up a dedicated web site for the book here and after a creeping about in a virtual space you can get a sample of the book. Don’t get too excited though. We don’t think this is as good as it sounds. Here is Martyn Daniels site, where we first observed this topic.
BookSurge is a subsiduary of Amazon. They offer a complete publishing and printing services for authors and customized printing and fulfillment services for publishers.
For authors this potentially leaves out the need for a publisher at all. Amazon will take care of the editing and marketing, printing and distribution. If the book needs illustration then that can be organised as well.
